Dianne Stevenson was awarded the CQA/ACC Teacher of the Year award in 2010. She visited the RidgeMeadows Quilt Guild. We enjoyed an historical view of the quilting world in Canada. Dianne entertained us with stories and quilt examples showing the early fabrics and techniques used in pioneer days. The guild will be working through an eight month workshop series exploring historical blocks.
