One of those days ...

At the end of the day, I wondered where it went. I didn't move much off the 'to do' list.

I played with some fabrics to audition them for my next project, a donation to the La Conner Textile and Quilt Museum. A couple of ladies came to my studio to try out my Innova Quilting machine ... so I made two new friends ... who gifted me with the beautiful hand knit socks below.

I had a long chat with a good friend. We tend to be 'ships in the night, who pass'. I watered my garden ... a place of peace for me. Then, I went for a long swim. So ... on second thought, a very valuable day!
