The Vancouver yarn shop, HOMECRAFT IMPORTERS 2005, is closing its doors! Three generations: grandmother started the shop 60 years ago, mother took over and is ready to retire. Sadly, the daughters have no interest.

This unique little shop is still packed with lots of interesting yarns and embroidery threads at 50% off!

I purchased the rayon threads used for Brazilian Embroidery for $1.00 each. They are large hanks of luminous threads. I also purchased some textured yarns for using on art quilts.
