TAST # 25 Vandyke Stitch & #26 Chained Cross

This is part of the Take A Stitch Tuesday II Challenge run by Sharon on the Pin Tangle Blog (see blog list on right). I enjoy learning the new stitches ... one a week!
The vandyke stitch allows for a lot of variation. I like this one!The Chained Cross is an easy stitch, it begins with a diagonal stitch and the second stitch is a loop. It is an interesting stitch and the photo shows detail well with the course thread (hand dyed).
