Out for a walk ...

Kanaka Creek Park has trails along the Fraser River.
Seagulls keep watch.
'The Little Tug that CAN... moves huge blocks of cedar that will become shingles.
Piles are driven into the shore to hold logs until the mills are ready to deal with them. Egg sacks of unknown origin wait to hatch in a pond by the river.
The dampness of the 'wet coast' fosters ferns growing on trees.
