Nature's abstract

We spent 4 days in the Southern Okanagan Valley - B.C. interior. Osyoyoos is the only desert area in Canada.
Spotted Lake is an alkali lake that looks different every day of the year - depending on the amount of rain, light in the sky, etc. It is a protected site belonging to the Native Band. Historically, it was a peace site where all area tribes could use the lake.
